Through the Uprights

The Cherryville team bus missed a turn on its way to South Stanly and didn’t arrive until 6:30 p.m. To allow adequate warm-up time, the teams agreed to move the start time 45 minutes to 7:45.

Cherryville dropped the first game earlier today, 5-2, and faces elimination tonight. A South Stanly win puts the Rebel Bulls in the 1A state championship series. A Cherryville win forces a decisive Game 3 in Cherryville Monday at 7.
